Galentine's Day 2021

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and who doesn’t love receiving flowers and chocolates from their significant other, but what about the special ladies in our lives! Treating your gals to a brunch, cocktail night or simply a gift they will love, is a great way to show them how much they’re appreciated. Galentine’s Day may not be an “official” holiday, however we believe it’s the best fake holiday ever!

Cocktail night is the perfect way to celebrate with your girls! And don’t worry - we have you covered with a few of our faves.

Raspberry Kiss:

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 60ml of Tropicana raspberry lemonade, 45ml of vodka, 15ml of Raspberry liqueur, and 15ml of Simple syrup. Shake well and strain over crushed ice into a glass rimmed with red sugar. Garnish with fresh raspberries and heart-shaped candy.

Fairy Floss Cocktail:

Place a small piece of pink fairy floss in the bottom of a champagne glass, then fill it with your favourite champagne. Watch the magic happen as the fairy floss dissolves and makes the cutest shade of pink, perfect for Galentine's celebrations! Garnish with more fairy floss on top of the glass and a pretty pink straw.

Frozen Rosé:

Take your favourite rosé, pour into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. Once frozen, place the ice cubes into a blender and add 30ml of simple syrup. Blend until it forms a slushy consistency. Pour into glasses and add a splash of St Germain to each, garnish with a flower.
